Can't find a copy of Kiwi Ukulele? You can order it directly from me, and I'll even sign it. Here's what to do.
1. Email me (see the address to the left) and tell me:
- Your shipping address
- Who (if anyone) you want it made out to
2. if you're in New Zealand: deposit $NZ 25 ($20 for the book, $5 p&p ) into:
- Kiwibank: M R Dickison
- 38-9006-0682226-00
If, however, you're Overseas: deposit $NZ 32.50 ($20 for the book, $12.50 p&p) into:
- PayPal: mike[at]adzebill.com
but with a proper @ symbol
(NZD $32.50 was, as of 1 Dec ’09, about USD $23.50, GBP £14, or EUR €15.60.)
3. I pop it into the post to you the next day. Sweet as.
