If you want an immensely-valuable signed copy, I can help. Here's what to do.
1. Email me (see the address to the left) and tell me:
- Your shipping address
- Who (if anyone) you want it made out to when I sign it (at no extra charge).
2. if you're in New Zealand: deposit $NZ 25 ($20 for the book, $5 p&p ) into:

- 38-9006-0682226-00
If, however, you're Overseas: deposit $NZ 32.50 ($20 for the book, $12.50 p&p) into:

but with a proper @ symbol
